Meet Wes Wagner 

Simply put, Wes is a professional striving to be the best Realtor in the area. Wes defines the word "BEST" by his satisfied clients, not by being the biggest. His goal is for every client to recommend him, and to use him again and again as the family Realtor! 

As a Virginia native, it was over 40 years ago, John Wesley Wagner, "Wes", one of four preacher's kids, spent many evenings watching the spray of the welding lights of the nearby Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Co. as work was nearing completion on the world's first nuclear powered aircraft carrier, the USS Enterprise. During the summertime, he and his older brother would ask the hard working shipyard workers during their lunch break for their soft drink bottles and collect as many as they could carry off on their bikes. Many relocation moves later (always around the state, except for one period near Sacramento, California) he returned to settle back on the Peninsula in the Yorktown/Williamsburg area. Even though he still occasionally picks up aluminum soft drink cans, you'll more likely see him putting together real estate sales. 

Wes loves to point out many outstanding features of the area that make it unique. "A great deal has changed and a lot has stayed the same. Continued evolving growth for the area has meant a fairly consistent, strong real estate market. Fortunately, the Southern charm and natural beauty of the area has remained intact." 

Wes is the proud and sometimes weary father of three children. His wife, Karen, is a registered nurse at a nearby school. "My wife's patience and caring have made a difference for many kids of our 'extended' family and to me." The Wagners live in Winder's Pond in the Grafton section of York County.
